We developed a two-pronged strateg for Beats by Dre that helped not only manage their owned content, but also the content they developed alongside the influencers on the platform.

Along with our production and creative teams, we cast, onboarded, ideated, and published up to 12 posts a month from 3-5 new influencers for Beats each month. It was an intense process, but worth its results.

Every month, we developed a social report to show progress and track performance of both content (owned and influencer) and the owned TikTok channel. We also used creative recommendations to sharpen both owned and influencer content to optimize performance for the platform.

I developed a strategy for casting talent that helped Beats know when to activate high-level celebrity talent (Cardi B, Bronny James, etc.) and their more influencer-level talent. This helped us plan our yearly calendar and delineate which influencers to activate when.
